If you’ve been in the game long enough you remember how the discourse in the marketing world shifted from advertising, newspapers and TV to “digital”. We believe you have a wonderful marketing team, sales people and other employees making your organization great at what you do. But even the most experienced and qualified person, needs to always stay updated and receive education on what’s new and what’s hot.

It all really depends on your needs and goals!

1. Consulting – We can be your on-going business and marketing consultants and work with you and with your marketing team as they grow your business. This means we dedicate someone to your company who can be available when you need them to consult, help, answer questions. This can be done on a per-request basis or by dedicating a specific time and day in the week for your company (which means you can get us on-site or remotely for regular strategy meetings and brainstorming).
2. Strategy & Community Development – This is a process that takes between 3 – 6 months and in it we will create your community strategy, work with your team and train them on community development and management, define the measurable KPIs (what we call “HQE Index – High Quality Engagement Index”) and then launch the community with your team and help them run it for a while until they are comfortable doing it on their own. 3. Workshops & lectures – we give workshops (3-4 hours long) and lectures (30 mins – 1 hour long) on community development & management, digital transformation, innovation & change management, marketing and on specific tools and channels (social media, LinkedIn… ). 4. Employee Engagement Programs – We also specialize in developing and mobilizing internal communities by way of creating employee engagement programs. You can hire us as consultants for a long term process of planning, developing and executing the employee engagement strategy; or for short term training sessions, workshops or lectures.

Yes you can! Many of our clients started with the Strategy and Community development process, and then retained us as consultants to continue to support their teams. Lectures and workshops are either booked separately, or, depending on the retainer scope (how many man-hours of ours you choose to book every month), can be included in the consulting.
